1 THE HANDLE

Ergonomical with functional comfort and maximum safety. It is made from a thermoplastic rubber (without fibreglass or colouring with heavy metals), resistant to disinfecting agents and sterilizers.

2 THE BLADE

Conform to European standards, established from the latest cutlery steel, its optimum treatment guarantees exceptional cut.

3 ANTI-FATIGUE DUE TO SCALLOPS

Forerunners of this procedure, each blade can be scalloped, allowing for a smooth and perfect cut, without excessive fatigue by the user.

Beware of counterfeits: scallops must not appear over the sharp edge, but must follow the profile of blade, so that after several sharpenings, the cutting edge remains straight. Every scallop must be regular (perfect olive shape) with proportional height to the blade.

4 QUALITY CONTROL

At each step of fabrication, the knives are verified, so that user is completely satisfied.
